A final Coastal Property Care Plan is customized following a private consultation and documented service agreement.

Coastal Property Care Plans are customized according to the residence, location, visit frequency and requested level of support. Services may be arranged for a single occasion, seasonally or through an ongoing care plan.

The final scope is established through a private consultation. Only the services listed in the approved agreement and property-specific care plan are included.

Property-watch visits are visual, non-invasive observations of agreed-upon areas. They are not professional home inspections, engineering evaluations, mold assessments, security services, licensed repairs, property management or guarantees against damage, theft, weather events, moisture, mold, equipment failure or other loss.
